Edzell Montessori Nursery
Edzell Nursery is a welcoming Montessori preschool in north Edinburgh, offering a calm and caring space for children to learn. We are a term time setting operating in partnership with the City of Edinburgh Council to provide full-time funded places from the age of 3.

Edzell Nursery has been part of the local community for over 60 years, welcoming generations of families through its doors. During this time, we have built a strong reputation for providing a friendly and nurturing environment for children to learn.

As a Montessori nursery, we promote child-led learning, independence and respect. Our carefully prepared environment encourages children to explore at their own pace, make meaningful choices and develop confidence through hands-on experiences.
Our passionate Montessori practitioners offer gentle guidance and support, helping each child discover their interests, develop essential skills and grow into capable, curious little humans with a love of learning!
